This picture was taken shortly after I arrived at work. I tried to beat the rain to no avail. I was able to run inside and snap this picture from the 4th floor before the rainbow faded.

Kansas City is famous for its history with trains. In the suburb I live in a train travels through every 6 minutes. A series of bigger man-made ponds or chain lakes are next to the tracks. Trains powered by steam engines used to stop and fill up with water. And what better place to build a park than next to a lake?
